Job summary

Leong Guan Food Manufacturer Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to manage daily warehouse, logistics and transportation operations in Singapore. You will oversee drivers and warehouse staff, deploy manpower and monitor KPIs to ensure timely, cost-effective service.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Logistics or related field and 3–5 years of supervisory experience in logistics, with strong process improvement and SOP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years in logistics, warehouse, transportation, or supply chain ops, with supervisory exp.
• Experience managing drivers and warehouse staff daily operations.
• Knowledge of SOPs, KPIs, safety, and quality management.
• Strong organizational, communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs for warehouse, delivery, and logistics operations
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, loading and dispatch
• Plan routes, schedules, and monitor driver performance
• Monitor inventory movement and vehicle utilization
• Collaborate with internal departments, customers and partners to resolve issues
• Develop contingency and business continuity plans
