Job summary

FIRST PORT GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a reliable warehouse and delivery associate to support daily operations in Singapore.

Responsibilities include receiving, checking, packing, and preparing goods for delivery, plus local deliveries and stock control. Basic SAP/ERP transactions will be done after training, and a company vehicle will require proper care. The role requires a valid Singapore driving licence, forklift certification, and the ability to work independently or in a small team.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Singapore driving license and forklift certification.
• Be reliable, punctual and careful with part numbers and documentation.
• Physically fit for typical warehouse duties and able to work independently or in a small team.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn SAP/ERP processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and store incoming goods accurately.
• Verify part numbers, models, quantities and physical condition.
• Pick, pack, label and prepare goods for delivery or shipment.
• Maintain proper stock arrangement and warehouse cleanliness.
• Perform local deliveries and collections from customers, suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Ensure Delivery Orders and Proof of Delivery (POD) are properly acknowledged and returned.
• Assist with courier/freight packing, weight, dimensions and shipment preparation.
• Assist with stocktaking and basic warehouse/inventory records.
• Perform basic ERP/SAP transactions after training.
• Maintain and take proper care of the company vehicle.
• Support other warehouse and logistics duties when required.
