You will coordinate shipments, monitor inventory, liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders, and prepare shipping documents while ensuring regulatory compliance and cost efficiency. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of shipping procedures, customs clearance, and trade docs.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments including customs clearance.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock records.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouse operators.
• Prepare shipping documents: invoices, packing lists, bills of lading.
• Track and optimize routes to reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
• Assist in procurement planning and replenishment.
• Resolve delays, damages, or inventory discrepancies.
• Communicate delivery schedules with sales and operations.
