Job summary

FCS Careers Pte Ltd is partnering with a global logistics leader to hire a Logistics Assistant (Warehouse) in Singapore. You will support end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience in logistics, familiarity with warehouse processes, and strong time-management and stakeholder-facing skills. You will contribute to safety and accuracy, with opportunities for growth in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience in supply chain and logistics environments.
• Experience with warehouse and logistics processes.
• Adeptness in managing time to ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Strong passion for supply chain and logistics.
• Customer-oriented approach, with ability to manage stakeholders and deal with complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Handle goods receiving, checking, labelling, storage, order picking, packing and dispatch per SOP.
• Manage stock including damage, shortages and recording errors.
• Perform regular stock counts and periodic inventory checks.
• Observe workplace safety, health and site security requirements.
• Carry out proper handover between shifts.
• Engage in other supporting tasks.
