You will be responsible for ensuring all parts due for shipment are supplied with relevant quality and shipping documents. You will also ensure the timely closure of customer orders by coordinating with other functional departments.

  • Able to read and understand manufacturing operation sheets and SOPs in English

Site Overview:

Our advanced facilities in Singapore have led aerospace innovation across Asia Pacific for over 40 years. GE Aerospace is shaping the future of aviation through automation, smart factory technologies, robotics, and additive manufacturing. GEAESS is our largest site for engine component MRO, responsible for over 60% of our global repair volume.

Role Overview:

  • Support stocking of engine components from New Make and Consignment materials.
  • Pick and swap component engine parts for shipment.
  • Ensure parts sent for stocking have complete paperwork.
  • Perform all transactions related to material transfer.
  • Conduct cycle counts and annual physical inventories.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely closure of customer orders.
  • Support inbound receiving and outbound shipment of repair parts.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Knowledge of inventory management
  • Basic IT skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to operate Automated Storage Retrieval System/Lean Lift

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fast learner
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to carry heavy loads
  • Forklift license
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet delivery requirements
  • Work with a quality mindset
