Responsibilities

• Manage logistics functions for timely loading and stacking of goods.
• Ensure proper storage of finished goods to avoid damage.
• Coordinate timely delivery of goods to customer locations.
• Ensure timely stuffing of shipment containers.
• Maintain compliance with customer and internal requirements.
• Ensure adherence to First In First Out principle.
• Maintain all documentation for shipments.

Location: Gul Circle
Duration: Full Time
Working hours: Mon - Fri 6.30am - 4pm / 7.30am - 5pm (Have to support some saturdays too)
Salary: up to $3000 (basic) + $165 transport allowance + Meal and Drinks Allowance + AWS + VB

Job scope

• Manage and coordinate logistics functions to ensure timely and proper loading and stacking of finished goods

• Ensure finished goods are properly stored to avoid unnecessary damage.

• Ensure on timely delivery of finished goods to customer’s locations.

• Ensure shipment containers are timely co-ordinated and stuffed

• Responsible for ensuring compliance to both customers’ and internal requirement

• Ensure compliance to First In First Out principle with ability to navigate and transact ERP system

• Ensure all documentary works for local/export shipment are well maintained

Requirement

• Min 1 year of team lead experience in the warehouse & logistic sector

• Able to work under stress, flexible and adaptive to change, dynamic and pragmatic
