• Lead daily fleet operations, aligning transport plans with volume forecasts
• Continuously improve route planning for faster and more cost-effective deliveries
• Ensure shipment accuracy and inspect loading activities for compliance
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues with a solution-focused approach
• Communicate team goals clearly and provide hands-on guidance and training
• Build and maintain a capable team that meets operational targets effectively

Requirements:
