Job Description

You will report to a Manager in logistics and be based in Singapore, at the Corporation place.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Operating a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of our products. Working from process sheets or instructions given by supervisors to perform production tasks. Checking and inspecting operations against predetermined tolerances.
2. Managing a team of material handlers and associates to meet warehouse/logistics indicators.
3. Deploying resources to support daily material movements.
4. Meeting cycle counting and physical inventory count requirements.
5. Resolving inventory variances and maintaining accuracy.
6. Supporting inventory scraps related to manufacturing, excess, and obsolescence.
7. Managing workforce overtime, absenteeism, and attrition.
8. Managing training and training records for associates and material handlers.
9. Managing costs and purchases of indirect materials for warehouse use.
10. Coordinating and managing plant logistics project implementation, working with the project team to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
11. Having SAP knowledge in Warehouse Management System will be an advantage.
