Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to Warehouses Personnel and 3rd Part Service Provider on proper and safe handling of materials, compliance to cGMP practices/procedures, accurate entry and maintenance of inventory transaction records
- Coordinate weekly microbiology test and quarterly swab-test of the pack-out rooms and isolators.
- Perform documentations – SOP write up, Risk Assessments including safety and quality investigations as per company standards
- Provides support warehouse manager in arranging people during leave and absenteeism, assign tasks according to daily resource planning, track team and individual performance of your employees, track the % of errors and damage to goods at individual level and address these issues during performance reviews with employees, support to implement improvement activities
- Coordination for transportation between 3PL and transporter
- Perform daily warehouse duties as performed by junior and senior warehouse technicians
- Handle all materials in accordance to safety, health and environmental procedures with special attention to the handling of hazardous chemicals and store materials in accordance to its controlled storage requirements.
- Operate pallet truck, stacker, forklift and other material handling equipments, as appropriate.
- Conduct inventory counts as required and record the variances in accordance to operating procedures.
- Coordinate weekly microbiology test and quarterly swab-test of the pack-out rooms and isolators.
Qualifications
· ITE /Diploma or equivalent with relevant experience in manufacturing environment is preferred.
· Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practice
Experience:
- At least 5 to 8 years of related work experience.
- Experience and knowledge in materials handling, operating of materials handling equipment, basic safety knowledge.
- Must have good understanding of procedure/ document system used for materials movements.
- A strong back ground in operations and maintenance in pharmaceutical environment.
- Understanding of lean tools and techniques including Work Standards, Kanban, 5S and Visual Management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Valid Forklift Driving License.
- Familiar with applicable regulations and guidelines, example: inventory control and handling of dangerous goods.
