Location and Work Schedule
  • Location: Kaki Bukit (Near MRT)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of all warehouse documentation, including delivery orders, invoices, and inventory records.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks and cycle counts.
  • Organize and optimize warehouse space for efficient storage and retrieval of goods.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures within the warehouse.
  • Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Supervise and guide warehouse staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
  • Identify and resolve any warehouse-related issues or discrepancies promptly.
  • Assist in the implementation and improvement of warehouse processes and procedures.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum of a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse management principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Outlook).
  • Ability to handle physical tasks as required.
