Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience within the logistics space.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL.

Responsibilities

• UAT & Testing: Support the technical testing of new microservices and the upcoming SaaS package.
• Data Mapping: Assist in extracting data from the old system and cleaning it for migration into the new cloud database.
• Documentation: Create new SOPs and technical manuals during the transition to vendor management.
• Query Development: Use SQL to pull operational reports and audit data integrity between TMS and other systems.
• Issue Resolution: Act as the first line of technical support for transport planners and operations teams.
• Team Collaboration: Work with the TMS/WMS team to align software revamp with ground operations.
