Responsibilities

• Responsible for issuing delivery document and collaborate with transportation service provider.

• Responsible for customer servicing purchase order.

• Responsible for the overall key metrics for the specific transportation mode including On-Time Arrival, Variable Distribution, and

• Customer Complaints as related to Logistics.

• Analyze data related to key metrics to identify trends and root causes to develop corrective action and drive continuous improvement.

• Own and maintain all SOP and training documentation.

• Support batch management & stock requisition request & comply FIFO.

• Support warehouse operation.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma holder.

• Entry or Junior level.

• Good communication skills, pleasant personality.

• Able to carry out duties without much supervision.

• Able to commit for 5 months contract from Nov 2025 - Mar 2026.
