Emergency & Pandemic Stockpile Logistics

Job Summary:
The Logistics Specialist - Emergency and Pandemic Stockpile Logistics is responsible for the development and execution of operational policies, standards, and procedures for the Warehouse. He/she monitors and optimizes storage and utilization levels, making data-driven decisions to improve productivity and efficiency of the warehouse. Analytical and logical, he/she is required to explore solutions and analyze the feasibility of plans. He/she is also expected to coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement processes and technology and to assist in the management of the warehouse operations department. He/she is required to be conversant with the pandemic operational plan and contribute to the development of SOP and reports for the plan.

Job Responsibilities/Key Tasks (External):

1. Communicate requirements and activities to stakeholders
2. Participate in value-based culture and a culture of accountability in the organisation
3. Adhere to organisation's governance, compliance issues, and reporting processes
4. Contribute to continuous improvement activities
5. Execute environmental protection procedures
6. Perform WSH activities to ensure personal compliance to requirements
7. Participate in technology projects as direct users
8. Perform warehouse security operations in adherence to plans

Job Requirements:
Comfortable with technological tools

Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience:
Minimum 'N' Level
1-2 years of relevant work experience
