Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and accurate execution of Goods Receipt, Goods Issuance, and Put-away activities.
Handle materials with due diligence and care, ensuring all required documentation and certifications are properly attached.
Promptly update all tasks in the ERP system to maintain data integrity and traceability.
Prepare outbound dispatches for returns in accordance with the material type and specific handling instructions.
Collaborates closely with MRO and Procurement teams to ensure seamless operational processes.
Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network
Responsibilities:
Higher Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
Relevant vocational training, technical apprenticeship, or equivalent work experience
2 to 4 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics function
Strong understanding of logistics processes within supply chain management
Experience in handling Dangerous Goods (DG) safely and in compliance with regulations
Effective communication skills with the ability to work well across teams
Proficient in spoken and written English
Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license and forklift license
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an added advantage
CAAS L11/L12 certification required; M10 is a plus
