What You'll Do:
- Customer & Supplier Correspondence: Be the main point of contact, handling daily emails and inquiries.
- Sales Processing: Efficiently process sales inquiries, generate accurate quotations, and consolidate orders.
- Logistics Coordination: Act as the crucial link between our sales team and warehouse, coordinating logistics and deliveries.
- Export Documentation: Compile and prepare essential shipping documents for exportation, with experience in handling/checking Letters of Credit (LC) being a key requirement.
- Record Management: Maintain impeccable filing systems for sales inquiries and quotations.
- Ad-Hoc Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to our Sales Managers and Executives.
Who We're Looking For:
- A Diploma in a relevant field or a minimum of an 'A' level certificate with similar working experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level).
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin, to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele and suppliers.
- Strong knowledge in sales and shipping/logistics is essential.
- This position is open to Singaporean only
- Able to commence work immediately is an advantage.
