Job description

What We Offer:

  • Consistent Hours: Work from 8:15 AM to 5:45 PM.
  • Location: Be part of our team at Pioneer Crescent.
What You'll Do:
  • Customer & Supplier Correspondence: Be the main point of contact, handling daily emails and inquiries.
  • Sales Processing: Efficiently process sales inquiries, generate accurate quotations, and consolidate orders.
  • Logistics Coordination: Act as the crucial link between our sales team and warehouse, coordinating logistics and deliveries.
  • Export Documentation: Compile and prepare essential shipping documents for exportation, with experience in handling/checking Letters of Credit (LC) being a key requirement.
  • Record Management: Maintain impeccable filing systems for sales inquiries and quotations.
  • Ad-Hoc Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to our Sales Managers and Executives.
Who We're Looking For:
  • A Diploma in a relevant field or a minimum of an 'A' level certificate with similar working experience.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level).
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin, to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele and suppliers.
  • Strong knowledge in sales and shipping/logistics is essential.
  • This position is open to Singaporean only
  • Able to commence work immediately is an advantage.
