Responsibilities:

• Provide sales support to the team, assisting in the preparation and submission of competitive pricing, proposals, and quotations based on customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery.

• Maintain and organize pricing information, including costs, tariffs, surcharges, and local charges, ensuring it is up-to-date and easily accessible.

• Communicate with both internal teams and external parties to ensure customer requirements are met and pricing is accurate.

• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to onboard new customers and maintain standard operating procedures.

• Ensure all sales documentation is accurately filed and organized.

• Support account managers by assisting with customer-specific requests and following up on necessary actions.

• Assist in preparing sales and management reports as required.

• Contribute to projects or tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Possession of a Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification is preferred.

• Relevant work experience in logistics or shipping industry is preferred.
