Logistics Sales Support Executive

Our Client:

• Freight Forwarding Company

• 5 Days, 8.30am - 6pm

• East - Changi Business Park

• Basic UP $3000 + Transport Allowances + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Attend to customer inquiries through phone and email

• Prepare and process quotations and administrative works (Airfreight / Seafreight / Logistic / CBT).

• Preparing reports on a weekly/or monthly basis.

• Trouble Shooting (Damage Cargo, Billing Issues, etc.) (Airfreight / Seafreight / Logistic / CBT).

• Work closely with team to generating new business and maintaining existing customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec in Logistics or related studies

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experiences.
