Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and grow a portfolio of customers through proactive business development
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts
- Present tailored logistics and freight solutions to clients across various industries
- Handle quotation preparation, negotiation, and contract finalization
- Liaise with operations to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry
- Strong understanding of freight processes (air, sea, land), incoterms, and logistics documentation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Highly independent, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Existing customer base or industry network is an advantage
- Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
