Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of freight processes, incoterms, and logistics documentation.
  • Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire and grow a portfolio of customers through proactive business development
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts
  • Present tailored logistics and freight solutions to clients across various industries
  • Handle quotation preparation, negotiation, and contract finalization
  • Liaise with operations to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry
  • Strong understanding of freight processes (air, sea, land), incoterms, and logistics documentation
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Highly independent, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Existing customer base or industry network is an advantage
  • Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
