Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities in freight forwarding, transportation, and logistics services.

  • Conduct business development calls, client visits, and presentations to pitch tailored logistics solutions.

  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable service offerings, including pricing and operational capabilities.

  • Work closely with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts; follow through to deal closure.

  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to fine-tune sales strategy.

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.

  • Ad- hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.

  • Strong knowledge of logistics services (e.g., sea/air freight, warehousing, last-mile delivery).
