Job Description:
- Lead and manage end-to-end logistics and supply chain projects from initiation to completion
- Analyze current logistics processes and recommend improvements to reduce costs and enhance productivity
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of projects
- Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans, timelines, status reports, and KPIs
- Use data analytics and simulation tools to model and optimize logistics networks
- Ensure compliance with local and international transportation laws and regulations
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans for logistics operations
- Support warehouse and transportation operations in layout planning, routing optimization, and resource planning
- Provide technical support and training to operations teams during the implementation phase
- Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as needed to meet deadlines and objectives
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or project engineering roles
- Strong knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations, transportation management, and supply chain planning
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders at all levels
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Support project deployment at various sites when required
