Job Summary:

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, improving service delivery, and supporting company growth through sound operational practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Operations Oversight
    Manage end-to-end daily operations including staffing, scheduling, workflow, and quality control.
    Ensure smooth coordination between departments (logistics, admin, finance, sales, etc.).
  • Process Improvement
    Analyze current processes and identify areas for cost savings, efficiency, and scalability.
    Implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and ensure adherence.
  • Team & Resource Management
    Supervise and lead department heads and team leaders.
    Monitor performance, provide guidance, and foster a high-performance work culture.
  • Budget & Cost Control
    Assist in budgeting, monitor operational costs, and find ways to optimize spending without compromising quality.
    Work closely with finance to manage expenses and procurement.
  • Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
    Oversee inventory planning, ordering, and stock control (especially if tied to product-based businesses).
    Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries and order fulfillment.
