Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Coordination:

  • Plan, schedule, and monitor deliveries of cut and bend rebars, fabricated cages, and bundle bars to customers.
  • Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Prepare delivery schedules, ensuring optimal routing (lowbed route and permit) and loading safety
  • Maintain real-time tracking of deliveries and provide status updates to internal teams. (Loading finish update whatsapp group, go delivery update also)

Receiving & Inventory Management:

  • Coordinate the receipt of incoming rebar shipments, ensuring proper documentation and inspection upon arrival
  • Verify material quality and quantity against purchase orders
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure efficient unloading, storage, and traffic flow

Communication and Documentation:

  • Liaise with internal teams (production, and warehouse and logistics team) to ensure smooth operations and resolve any delivery issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, receipts, and driver trip calculations

Compliance & Safety:

  • Ensure all delivery and receiving activities comply with safety regulations and company policies during final loading and QC Phase before delivery
  • Work closely with drivers to ensure compliance with transportation laws and proper load securing.
  • Identify and resolve any safety or logistical issues proactively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Manufacturing / Logistics / Supply Chain or its equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Good communication skills
  • Good knowledge of process operation sequences.
  • Able to work independently, mature and team player
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
