Key Responsibilities:
Delivery Coordination:
- Plan, schedule, and monitor deliveries of cut and bend rebars, fabricated cages, and bundle bars to customers.
- Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Prepare delivery schedules, ensuring optimal routing (lowbed route and permit) and loading safety
- Maintain real-time tracking of deliveries and provide status updates to internal teams. (Loading finish update whatsapp group, go delivery update also)
Receiving & Inventory Management:
- Coordinate the receipt of incoming rebar shipments, ensuring proper documentation and inspection upon arrival
- Verify material quality and quantity against purchase orders
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure efficient unloading, storage, and traffic flow
Communication and Documentation:
- Liaise with internal teams (production, and warehouse and logistics team) to ensure smooth operations and resolve any delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, receipts, and driver trip calculations
Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure all delivery and receiving activities comply with safety regulations and company policies during final loading and QC Phase before delivery
- Work closely with drivers to ensure compliance with transportation laws and proper load securing.
- Identify and resolve any safety or logistical issues proactively.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Manufacturing / Logistics / Supply Chain or its equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing industry
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of process operation sequences.
- Able to work independently, mature and team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
