Job description

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Logistics Operative Executive to join our team.
As a Logistics Operative Executive , you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain functions.
Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, as well as maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and inspect incoming goods, verifying quantities and checking for damage.

- Store goods in designated areas, ensuring accurate labeling and organization.

- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, meeting deadlines and quality standards.

- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receipts.

- Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.

- Arranging with logistic forwarders Fedex, DHL for shipment arrangement to customers.

- Collaborate with internal colleagues, (China colleagues as well) to achieve team goals and objectives.

- Participate in inventory management, stocktakes, and cycle counting.

- Adhere to health and safety regulations, reporting any hazards or incidents.

- Chinese speaking will be an advantage.

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in a logistics managment

- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 20 kg) and work in a fast-paced environment.

- ERP system data entry skill and knowledge of inventory management systems (desirable).

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours:

- Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
