• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure internal records match customer/vendor balances.
• Generate pick lists and delivery orders efficiently.
• Ensure precise entry of stock movements.
• Perform critical inventory tasks for stock accuracy.
• Review documentation, identify discrepancies, and troubleshoot quantity issues.
• Uphold health, safety, hygiene, and security standards.
• Assist with monthly cycle counts and half-yearly stock takes.
• Maintain organized document filing for audits.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
