Job Descriptions

Operations & Process Improvement

• Manage and improve warehouse/3PL performance across the region.

• Develop and implement new logistics solutions and best practices.

• Set and enforce engineered standards for warehouse operations.

Systems & Technology

• Own WMS/TMS/SAP configuration, troubleshooting, and upgrades.

• Ensure seamless integration between warehouse, transport, and ERP systems.

• Leverage Power BI/data analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Performance & Compliance

• Monitor KPIs, productivity, and safety; prepare monthly reports.

• Ensure adherence to global processes, policies, and budgets.

• Lead continuous improvement projects (track savings/ROI).

Stakeholder & 3PL Management

• Collaborate with global teams to share best practices.

• Oversee 3PL partners (if applicable) and resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• Strong logistics/supply chain background with WMS/TMS/SAP experience.

• Proven track record in process optimization and project management.

• Analytical mindset (Power BI/Excel proficiency preferred).

• Leadership skills to manage teams and vendors.
