LOGISTICS OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (MARINE)

Job Description

1. Check & reply email queries
2. Print shipment documents & check the status
3. Check and arrange delivery and offland items
4. Liaise with Customers/ Agents/ Vendors for loading/ delivery/ collection to/ from vessels
5. Arrange Airfreight/ Seafreight clearance
6. Arrange Airport cargos out to main warehouse / Direct delivery to vessels
7. Declare permits / DSA / ESSN / ESN
8. Update LMS for job orders
9. Update Email Offland/ Stock List

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/ "O" Level in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
2. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Familiar with TradeNet and Inventory Management
4. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
5. Able to commence immediately
6. Willing to work 5.5 days a week (Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm)
