Responsibilities

• Assist the warehouse manager in overseeing warehouse operations.
• Act as an intermediary between the Sales team and the warehouse team.
• Disseminate sales activities to the team for necessary preparations.
• Arrange overtime as needed.
• Coordinate with other BU Supervisors on event setup and return goods collection.
• Manage inbound and outbound goods flow.
• Assist with the yearly stock-take exercise.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and tidiness.
• Coordinate event delivery, setup, and pack-up.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
