Job summary

Une société de services de paiement à Singapour recherche un professionnel de la logistique pour renforcer son équipe. Le candidat idéal sera responsable de la gestion des stocks, de l'administration et de la maintenance des locaux. Compétences requises incluent la saisie de données, la communication efficace et une attitude positive envers le travail. Un minimum d'expérience d'un an dans le domaine est souhaité, avec un certificat ou un diplôme en logistique ou transport.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Chinese (spoken) preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field required.
• Dedicated team player with a positive work attitude.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring incoming goods.
• To do data entry on excel sheets.
• Picking, packing, testing and QC of goods in and out of store.
• Handling warehouse duties.
• Maintain adequate stock availability and quantity.
• Perform good housekeeping and maintain the back of house in a neat and orderly manner.
• Delivery of equipment/goods to specified location.
• Documentation and various administrative tasks.
• Receive, inspect, and unpack all incoming shipments highlighting any discrepancies, damages, and delay in shipment.
• Perform refurnish procedure on retrieved goods from the field.
• Able to move 28kgs to 30kgs stocks.

• Perform refurnish procedure on retrieve goods from the field
• able to Move 28kgs to 30kgs stocks.

Requirement

• Computer literate (good typing skills)
• Good communication and relationship building skills
• Technical experience is an advantage
• Ability to work independently
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Chinese (spoken) preferred

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.

• Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
