This position offers monthly remuneration and training for applicants with the right attitude, ideally holding an ITE Certificate.

• Minimum ITE Certificate required.
• 2 years of experience preferred in related trade or shipping.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Update container movements into the system and contracts.
• Issue and verify invoices to customers and suppliers.
• Generate reports and follow up on outstanding payments.

5 days, 9am-6pm

Salary: $2100-$2500

Job scope:

• Updating of container movements into system and contracts on a timely manner
• Issuance of invoices to customers and verifying supplier invoices.
• Generation of reports
• Prompts follow up with customers and suppliers on outstanding issues.
• Assist to follow up on outstanding payments.
• Assist to handle enquiries from new and existing customers and suppliers.
• Visits to potential, existing customers and suppliers as and when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE Certificate
• 2 years of experience in related trade or shipping/forwarding/NVOCC business will be preferred
• Training will be provided
