  • Logistic Coordination : Assign to SG logistics management , keeping our warehouse operations effective , support regular stock takes that inform business strategy and support sales success.
  • Strategic Material & Stock Coordinating : Play a vital role as team member for internal Sale and Operation to collaborate with PMC , Sales and Product team to ensure stable supply chain and quality .
  • Operational Dynamo : Propel efficiency through your involvement in the inbound and outbound logistics, demonstrating an eye for improvement and a knack for problem-solving.
  • Customer Success Advocate : Act as a key contributor to our commitment to customer satisfaction, where your efforts in order execution and delivery management result in triumphant customer experiences.
  • Sales Order Excellence : Take the help of our sales order process, ensuring each customer’s journey from order to fulfillment is seamless and satisfying.
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisory or management

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a diploma or above cert
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Able to work both independently and as an effective team member
  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English will be advantageous as this role involves liaising with our associates in China
  • at least 2 years relevant experience
