Job description

Location: Jurong East
Working Hours:

• 5 days, office hours

Salary Package:

• From $2,500
• Transport Allowance: Up to $110/month

Key Duties

• Plan and maintain monthly project delivery schedules for assigned markets, coordinating timelines and milestones with relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to confirm project specifications, approvals, and ensure alignment on technical requirements.
• Monitor parts delivery, address shortages, and manage local and CKD inventory to support smooth project execution.
• Support project documentation, design meetings, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14000 standards, including participation in internal audits and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
• Proficient in SAP HANA or Oracle ERP is preferred.
• Familiar with Power BI/Tableau, and P&L is highly advantageous.
