Location: Jurong West area

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Liaison: Provide timely updates, manage inventory information, and ensure smooth communication.
2. Operations Support: Coordinate warehouse movements, track activities, and resolve operational challenges.
3. Documentation & Compliance: Manage customs permits, stowage plans, and auditing requirements.
4. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot logistics concerns, handle complaints, and recommend solutions.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 to 3 years of inland logistics operations experience. Proficiency in cost analysis, budgeting, or financial management is an advantage.
