A leading company in the logistics sector is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for warehouse operations. The role involves coordinating deliveries, managing documents, and ensuring accurate data entry to support the workflow. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, be good with MS Office, and possess excellent coordination and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for administrative duties involving warehouse coordination activities - PO, DO, Invoices.
Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders for PO delivery & container truck-in schedule.
Ensure proper documentation not limiting to classification, sorting, filing and archiving.
Perform data entry work to ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of information is capture in the system.
Ensure daily warehouse operation reports are submitted accurately and timely.
Handle inquiries from departments, suppliers, customers, colleagues and management etc.
Track and validate invoices from service providers.
Responsible for effective administrative/clerical function in the warehouse office.
Other ad hoc duties as per assigned
Requirements:
1-2 years of related administrative experience in warehouse/distribution environment
Experience in high volume inventory coordination work
Able to multi-task with excellent coordination skills
Good with MS office such as Words and Excel
Knowledge in SAP/WMS will be advantaged
Meticulous and independent, good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and must be comfortable working in warehouse environment
