Working Days: Mon - Fri

Working Hours: 8:30AM - 5:45PM

Working Location: Jurong East

Key duties:

• Prepare invoices and shipping documents, and verify shipment details for overseas deliveries.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, consignees and vendor warehouses for smooth logistics operations.
• Arrange transportation between warehouses and site teams and liaise with affiliated companies and distributors.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and warehouse activities.

Key Requirement:

• Min 1 year experience in coordinating with vendor warehouses and freight forwarders.
• Possession of a valid forklift license is highly advantageous.
