Overview: The Logistics Officer ensures efficient shipment handling, coordinates customer interactions, and implements process improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Understand and comply with all related operating processes.
  • Co‑ordinate and liaise with customers and transporters on day‑to‑day issues, order planning to meet customer shipment delivery/collection requirements.
  • Prepare data collection and submit accurate reports when required.
  • Ensure all incoming (including exchange and returns) and outgoing shipments are completed in a timely and orderly manner.
  • Ensure all shipment documentation is accurate and submitted timely.
  • Perform process improvement initiatives and implementation.
  • Report to the Executive on all receiving non‑conformances.
Requirements
  • Preferably 2 years of related experience.
  • Good in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, VBA).
  • Experience in using and creating operations dashboards (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is an added advantage.
  • Able to communicate effectively with internal/external customers.
