Logistics Officer / Customer Service Officer

• Working location: West (Company Transport Available)

• Salary up to $2700 ++ GROSS

Job Scope:

• Administrative Support: Administrative assistance to ensure smooth operational workflow.

• Import/Export Permits: Manage and process import and export permit applications in compliance with relevant regulations.

• Packing List Preparation: Accurately prepare and verify packing lists for shipments, ensuring all details are correct and complete.

• Shipment Coordination: Organize and coordinate shipments, liaising with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and providing timely solutions to their needs.

Job Requirement:

• Comfortable with OT as and when necessary in view of business requirements.
