Job description

Responsibilities

  • Handling of incoming and outgoing shipments document & couriers.
  • Arrange shipping documentation & custom declaration/clearance.
  • Liaise and coordinate to update customer, suppliers and freight forwarders on the delivery schedule.
  • Update data into ERP System.
  • Support day to day logistics operational tasks such as inward/outward shipments.
  • Arrange operation matters (transport/fumigation/packing/freight booking).
  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedure.
  • Ensure compliance with import/export laws and regulations.
  • Execute and perform other work tasks assigned by the superior.
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the superior.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least 'N' Level / 'O' Level / Vocational Certificate / NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma and/or equivalent, preferably in logistics and/or any other relevant course of study.
  • At least 1-2 Year(s) of knowledge in logistics.
  • Preferably with 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in logistics of inbound and outbound arrangement.
