Major customers include renowned airports and airlines around the globe.

Main tasks of the role
  • Follow up orders with both local and overseas suppliers.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound shipments and full set of I/E documents.
  • Monitor and manage inventory.
  • Handling the receiving and releasing of materials with 3rd party logistics company.
  • Develop and implement efficient process to streamline and standardize warehouse operations, storage space organization, handling and packing standard.
  • Facilitate communications between stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers and team members.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualification and Experience required
  • Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience
  • 2 years' work experience in shipping department
  • Full knowledge of shipping related laws and international standards and taxation
  • Full knowledge of shipping process and required documentation.
  • Good analytical and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure.
  • Good command in both written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of other languages such as German, Malay, Mandarin and Thai will be an added advantage.
  • Well versed in MS office applications.
