A leading company in the distribution sector is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for warehouse operations. The role involves various administrative duties, including coordination with suppliers, data entry, and ensuring that reports are submitted accurately in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and experience in inventory management systems.

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties involving warehouse coordination activities - PO, DO, Invoices.
- Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders for PO delivery & container truck-in schedule.
- Ensures proper documentation not limiting to classification, sorting, filing and archiving.
- Perform data entry work to ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of information is capture in the system.
- Ensure daily warehouse operation reports are submitted accurately and timely.
- Handle inquiries from departments, suppliers, customers, colleagues and management etc.
- Track and validate invoices from service providers.
- Responsible for effective administrative/clerical function in the warehouse office.
- Other ad hoc duties as per assigned
Requirements:
- Willing to work in different shifts
- 1-2 years of related administrative experience.
- Experience in high volume inventory coordination work
- Able to multi-task with excellent coordination skills
- Good with MS office such as words, excel & PPT
- Knowledge in SAP/WMS will be advantaged
- Meticulous and independent, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be comfortable working in warehouse environment and in different shifts
