Last Mile Logistics Manager/ Drivers/ Contractors

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee last-mile delivery operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
2. Manage fleet operations, route planning, and driver coordination
3. Implement strategies to reduce failed deliveries and improve on-time performance
4. Work with e-commerce partners and customers to resolve delivery issues
5. Analyze delivery data to identify bottlenecks and improve KPIs
6. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Requirements:

1. Experience in last-mile logistics, courier services, or e-commerce delivery
2. Experience managing independent drivers or fleet partners
3. Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
4. Team player with good integrity and honesty
