Key job responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage warehouse operations, including scheduling, staffing, recruiting, training, and maintaining productivity through coaching and performance management. They will contribute to process improvements, maintain metrics dashboards, and generate reports for management.

A day in the life

• Support the Data Center Operations team in Singapore by managing parts, consumables, and supplies logistics, enforcing policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with warehousing, safety, and shipping regulations by studying legislation and advising management on necessary actions.
• Establish and monitor security procedures to safeguard warehouse contents.
• Control inventory levels through physical counts and reconciliation with management tools, working with procurement and regional managers.
• Maintain warehouse physical condition by planning layouts, inspecting equipment, and issuing repair or replacement work orders.
• Maintain security and accountability of sensitive equipment in a high-security environment.
• Oversee the security and tracking of parts within the warehouse, ensuring staff safety and development.
