The successful candidate is responsible for overseeing and executing logistics projects, co-ordinating with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods to various project sites. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and co-ordination skills to handle logistics operations, especially in time-sensitive or large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

1. Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services
2. Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments
3. Manage inventory levels, delivery schedules, transport costs, and efficiency
4. Track and update shipment status, ensuring accurate and timely communication with all stakeholders
5. Handle import and export documentation, including customs clearance and compliance with regulatory requirements
6. Resolve transportation or distribution issues promptly and maintain strong customer relationships
7. Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
8. Collaborate with internal teams such as procurement, sales, and customer service to support business objectives
9. Willing to commute between various worksites

Requirements

1. Bachelor's or Diploma in Logistics or equivalent
2. At least 3 years of experience in warehouse and logistics environment preferred
3. Proficient in logistics software such as ERP systems
4. Resourceful, organized, meticulous, with an eye for detail
5. Strong analytical skills to review operational data
6. Proactive team player with integrity and enthusiasm
7. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business requirements
