Group/Division

The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

  • Responsible and drive 3PL/4PL warehouse.
  • Dive 3PL /4PL towards proper capacity planning, space optimization, continuous warehouse productivities and quality improvements.
  • Optimize inbound and outbound supply chain logistics, including management of internal and third-party distribution and transportation of finished goods.
  • Manage the performance of goods receiving to ensure appropriate liaison with international manufacturing, distribution center contacts and international freight providers occurs to maximize efficiency and timely delivery of products required.
  • Manage and control all logistics activities and supply chain operations to ensure availability of products to meet demand as per request at optimized cost.
  • Work with HQ planner for parts planning of SEA, Analysis parts usage and demand based on region requirement.
  • Monitor and evaluate key logistics/distributor service providers' performance and initiate corrective actions when foresee any problems to all related parties.
  • Act as key logistic focal for any customer deliveries query and escalations for parts availability.
  • Develop and implement regional strategies, guidelines, for both Finished Goods and Service spare parts logistics.
  • Manage part expense to ensure minimize the wastage. Drive continuous cost reductions for operation expense.
  • Set up and standardize the S&OP to improve the productivities.
  • Freight cost analysis and control.
  • Understand SEA custom clearance requirement (Malaysia/Thailand/Vietnam/Laos/Philippines/Indonesia/India)

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years relevant work experience.
  • Degree in Logistic and supply chain management or equivalent qualifications.
  • Strong analytical skills, process oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills, interfacing and convincing on all levels.
  • Pro-active.
  • MS Office advanced.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP system (or similar ERP system).
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
