Job Summary:

We are looking for a Logistics Manager to lead a team in delivering efficient logistics solutions across APAC. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring KPIs are met, and collaborating with other departments to optimize supply chain processes. As a team leader, you will mentor and guide staff to achieve operational excellence and drive continuous improvements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain, transportation, and distribution in Singapore.

• Establish standard operating procedures in export and import activities.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards especially for Singapore export and import.

• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, factories and customers to ensure reliable and cost-effective transportation of goods in timely manner.

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

• Supervise and mentor logistics staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment, and ensuring that the team is well-trained and equipped to handle the logistics operations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Tertiary education

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience

• Advanced users of MS office (Excel, PPT, Word)

• Strong knowledge in areas of import/export, regulatory and logistics management

• Good understanding of IT concepts including SAP

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Able to work independently with and significant skills required in multi-tasking and time management.
