Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize & Execute Logistics Plans: Develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure timely delivery and inventory optimization.
• Manage End-to-End Supply Chain: Oversee transportation, storage, distribution, and delivery processes.
• Vendor & Carrier Coordination: Select, negotiate, and manage relationships with freight companies, couriers, and 3PL partners.
• Monitor KPIs: Track key logistics metrics—delivery times, shipping costs, warehouse efficiency—and act on underperformance.
• Inventory Oversight: Work closely with inventory and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Budget Management: Control logistics budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with local/international shipping regulations and maintain accurate records.
• Team Leadership: Supervise logistics staff and support training, scheduling, and performance management.
