Job summary

• Maintain safety and health practices in daily duties.
• Carry out daily vehicle road worthiness checks and report faults.

• To ensure that the condition of the vehicle is acceptable for pickup of containers collected /delivered
• To support and make safety and health a part of their daily routine and to ensure that they are following safe work methods and relevant regulations
• To adhere and to comply with all Singapore ports rules and regulations.
• Familiarization of PSA port procedures with Singapore routes.
• Ensure the trailers is in good condition prior to mounting the containers.
• Conduct pre operational check on the prime mover and chassis before executing the job
• Transport container and goods according to the assigned schedule
• Ensure containers are collected in good conditions.
• Truck container from PSA to customer and vice versa.
• Carry out daily checks to ensure vehicle’s road worthiness before use & maintain vehicle and report any faults immediately to Planner for rectification

Job Requirements

• Clean driving records required
• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in any field.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Class 4 Driving License
• Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
