Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics & Inventory Coordinator to oversee day-to-day logistics operations, inventory management, and freight handling. This role involves hands-on support in packing and delivery processes, coordination with suppliers and service providers, and ensuring compliance with company protocols and documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor inventory levels using automated inventory systems
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and timely deliveries
  • Handle freight arrangements (air, sea, and land), customs paperwork, and vendor communications
  • Support packing, labeling, and preparation of deliveries, ensuring all safety and handling protocols are followed
  • Maintain accurate records of stock movements, deliveries, and returns
  • Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure service quality and cost-efficiency
  • Assist in optimizing logistics workflows and identifying improvement areas

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in logistics, inventory management, or supply chain operations
  • Knowledge in inventory systems and logistics automation tools
  • Strong understanding of freight and delivery documentation
  • Hands-on, organized, and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in a tech or industrial environment
  • Familiarity with compliance standards for deliveries and warehouse operations in Singapore and Maritime
