Job description

  • Ensure contractors meet waste collection requirements and monitor their performance.
  • Address customer queries and coordinate with Sales and Customer Service on issues and complaints.
  • Manage submissions and ensure adherence to authority requirements (e.g., NEA, LTA).
  • Develop and track KPIs for evaluating contractor and supplier performance.
  • Attend internal meetings (EHS, Operations, Sales) for coordination and updates.
  • Support transport scheduling and plan for logistics capacity needs (e.g., pumps, trucks).
  • Oversee maintenance of logistics equipment using internal or external resources.
  • Verify supplier invoices, track logistics costs, and manage vehicle compliance.
  • Supervise logistics staff, handle training, and report monthly on costs and improvements.

Requirements:

  • Good with NEA compliance, fleet management and scheduling
  • With related experience in process plant or manufacturing site preferred
  • Able to manage stakeholders and resolve issues effectively
  • Capable of team management, cost tracking, and reporting
