Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of experience in the related field.
• Good knowledge of Excel and accounting processes.
• Specialization in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in logistics environment is a plus.
• Independent, efficient work style with strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of Accounts Receivable billing processes and other accounting functions including Accounts Payable.
• Prepare monthly Statements of Accounts and follow up with customers on outstanding receivables.
• Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly customer invoicing.
• Verify and post vendors' invoices related to Accounts Receivable transactions.
• Provide backup support to team members in carrying out their duties and responsibilities.
• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Finance Manager.
