Work Location: 6 Tampines Industrial Avenue 5 Singapore 528760

Work Schedule: Wed - Fri: 3pm to 11pm, Sat & Sun - 10am to 7pm

*subject to change based on business requirements*

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for shipping documents processing and closely monitor shipment movement & its POD status.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders pertaining to all inbound & outbound shipments.
  • Responsible for damaged shipment claims.
  • Work and liaise with Finance for supplier invoices matters.
  • Work and liaise with Facility Manager & Warehouse pertaining to detrash & recycling matters
  • Ensure all new processes/portals are successfully implemented pertaining to shipment matters
  • Ensure compliance with cross-border shipping requirements, customs regulations, and international trade compliance.
  • Update weekly/monthly reports timely.
  • Ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment
  • A team player, able to communicate in Mandarin as we need to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Good analysis skill and problem-solving skill
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Good team player and able to complete tasks assigned in the shortest timeline
  • Must be independent and proactive
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • SAP knowledge is an added advantage
